Updated Concession Stand Team Duty schedule
Urbandale Little League Parents, Managers and Coaches
The Concession stand team duty schedule has been updated (Click the link below to access the schedule) to reflect new dates/times for teams that have been cancelled due to bad weather. Those teams highlighted in red have been rescheduled. However, all teams should check the schedule for your team, even if you have already done team duty. Keep in mind that Seniors, Juniors, Majors and AAA teams were originally scheduled for TWO nights. You may still have two nights so check the entire schedule.
Concession Stand Schedule
Your team will need to have 6 window workers and a griller during the entire shift. Workers must be 14 years of age and able to do math. Each player should provide one person to work. If your team finds that they are unable to work the assigned shift, please make sure they find someone to work for them or trade with someone from another night. Teams can split their shifts (6 for one half of shift and 6 for the other half) but please make sure the replacement worker has arrived prior to leaving. The worker leaving should show the replacement worker what to do. If games are cancelled on your team duty date then your team will be rescheduled for another date. Your team may be fined up to $300 if there are not enough volunteers. The concession stand loses valuable revenue for the Little League when we do not have volunteers to work.
Please call your league V.P. or Auxiliary Manager, Sue Strain if you have questions. This schedule will also be posted on the bulletin board on the north side of the concession stand.
Urbandale Little League is solely a volunteer organization and would not be able to function without our parent volunteers. All revenue generated from the concession stand goes back into the league for league improvements. The Board of Directors and Auxiliary staff thank you and appreciate your support.
