Utah Indoor Football League Rules

·        Length of Field – 50 yards with 10-yard end zones.
·        Goal Posts – Each end zone. 10ft high,10ft wide.
·        Number of Players – Eight per team on the field at one time.
·        Rosters – Limit of 30.
·        Playing Time – Four 12- minute running quarters, last minute fo the fourth goes to a stop clock (regular NFL time)

 Clock only stops for incomplete passes,out of bounds,change of possession,first downs,P.A.T's and penaltys during the final minute of the fourth quarter.
·        Field Goals – 3 points from any where on the field.      Drop kicks are allowed - 4 - points Scoring – 6 points for TD, 1 point for P.A.T / 5- yard conversion, 2 points for 10- yard conversion and 2 points for safety. During the kick off, it the ball goes through the uprights, kicking team is awarded one point.
·        Backfield in Motion – Two players may be in motion before snap.
·        Blitzing- Only one player can blitz at a time, he must blitz inside the tackles and center.
·        Offense – No punting. Offense must attempt to gain a first down or score (TD) in four downs. Football is live off of the nets,glass or boards.
       Kickoffs – From the endzone,football must go at least 20 yards. Football is live off the nets,glass or boards. If football goes out of bounds it is placed on the 25 yd. line.
