Sharks Socials.
The new social team of James and Megan will be returning the drinking fun, games and frolics to your Wednesday and Sunday socials. Also making a return will be the Friday night pre-game socials, a chance to do other activities rather than just drink, like going bowling and drink at the same time!!!
There is a new early start to socials this year with food being provided at the Haworth (Wed) and Gardeners (Sun) after each practise. Hot food and more drinking time, what more could you ask for?
Any requests, ideas or dare i say complaints, just let us know and we'll see what we can come up with.

Up-Coming Socials.
Freshers pub run is Friday 24th of September (end of wk 2) starting at 6 in the Lawns Bar then meeting the late starters in the Banks Harbour on Bev road for 7-7.30. Big prize for anyone who lasts all 18 pubs/bars and eats a foot long sub at the end!!!
The second major social is in the Haworth on the following Wed (29th). The welcome night will envolve rookies and old players/cheerleaders alike joing forces in a series of humerous and sexy party games, along with plenty-a-pint! A true welcome to the Sharks!!!
Halloween Havoc:
October:
Time to dress to scare in the fancy dress social of the year. Monsters, fairies, angels or devils, it's your choice, and your chance to push the boundries of decency, so get planning early and see if you can out costume the perennial kings of dress-up, Gaz and Marc.
Christmas Ball.
December: The last social of the year. Half season awards for all and general yule-time merriment for everyone!
Valentines Day Party.
February:
Traditionally organised by the cheerleaders, this event is an altogether more classy affair.
End of Season Dinner.
May:
A formal, black tie meal with Gala Team Awards and revealing of this years 'Hall of Fame' entry. Any leaving players/cheerleaders who have served for 2 or more years are also awarded Long Service Awards.
The Sharks Anthem.
Everytime a drink is downed in one by a Shark or Sharkette, this drinking song is sung to speed them up.
"Heres to [NAME], He's/She's true blue.
He's/She's a piss pot through and through.
He's/She's a drunken so they say.
Should of gone to heaven but he/she went the other way."
A musical masterpiece!
