PRACTICE STARTS AUGUST 1ST !!!

CHEERLEADING & DANCE - $145 ages 7 - 15

TINY MITE FOOTBALL - $145 

TACKLE FOOTBALL - $185 ages 6 - 15

FLAG FOOTBALL & FLAG CHEER - $120 ages 5 & 6

( birthday cut-off is JULY 31 )

 

Practice Days:

MONDAY, TUESDAY,THURSDAY NIGHTS FROM (6PM - 8PM)

"MUST HAVE ALL PAPERWORK TURNED IN BY AUG. 24TH"

(Practice days are subject to change)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

  Player Contract 

  Birth Certificate

  Code of Conduct form

  Physical form due by August 1, 2012

Registraton Covers: 

    Gameday Jersey (player to keep) 

    Gameday Pants 

  Helmet 

    Shoulder pads 

    Mouthpiece (to keep…)

 

Items participant is responsible for providing: 

 Practice pants & jersey /  practice clothing

Game day socks

Cleats / shoes

Pom-Poms (in the case of cheer)
