Individual Skills:

Improve your skills with a few minutes a day
1000 touches a day
The full workout can be done in an hour

Individual Skills:

1.) Flipping and Receiving High Balls with Feet
2.) Flipping and receiving High Balls with Chest and changing direction.

3.) “Moves to beat an opponent”
o         Scissors
o         Step Overs
o         Simple Feint/Fake
o         Hip Swivel
o         Pull-Spin (Maradona)
o         Step-Kick

16.) “Change of Direction Moves”
o        The Hoop move
o        Reverse Step-Overs
o        Cruffe
o        V-move

4.) 3 Foundation (4 each foot, alternating feet 3 touches between moves)

o        Inside to side Push-Pull
o        Side to Side Step-ons
o        Side to Side Frount Rolls
o        Touch-Touch Rolls
o        Inside & Outside Rolls

15.) Pull back and go (Do sequence with one foot then switch, (4 times each foot)
o        Pull-Instep Push (pull-pushes)
o        Pull a Vee
o        Pull & take with outside of foot
o        Pull & Roll behind
o        Inside-Outside Cuts

18.) JUGGLING!(at least 150)
19.) As many one vs. one’s as possible find a buddy
20.) Playing the ball off a wall
21.)   Do 50 to 100 situps each day
22.)   Sprints: Alternate each day
o        120’s and the 25 -yard suicides (a set of 10)
