TWST: Manager Information
All teams will register their teams on Wednesday, July 17 at the Clarion Hotel, 441 Rio Concho Dr., San Angelo, TX 76903. Your registration time will be included in your State Tournament Information Package that you should have received when you won your Sectional Tournament. If you did not receive a State Tournament Information Package, contact your District Administrator.
There is no need for players and/or parents to come with the manager to register the team. The team manager/coaches shall turn in the team’s Eligibility Affidavite, League Boundary Map, all required residency documentation, Tournament Player Verification Form and any other required documentation at the time of registration.
Mandatory Managers and Coaches Pre-Tournament Meeting
A pre-tournament meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 17th at 5:00pm for all team managers and coaches as well as umpires, field directors and Tournament Directors at the Clarion Hotel. Players must have adult supervision during this meeting and should not come to the meeting location.
Hotels / Motels
The San Angelo State Tournament staff has pre-reserved blocks of hotel rooms for each team that participates in the Texas West State Tournament. Each team that wins their Sectional Tournament will be contacted by a San Angelo State Tournament Host who can assist the team in making final hotel arrangements for the team prior to their arrival in San Angelo.
Parking Fee
There will not be an admission charge for games at the Texas West State Tournament. There will be a parking fee at the Texas Bank Sports Complex. Parents and fans will be charged $6.00 CASH ONLY per car/per day to park at the facilities.
Each manager and coach will receive a tournament parking pass in their coach’s package at the team’s registration.
Please advise your parents and fans of the parking fees in advance to avoid any confusion.
