CLICK Me Baby!!There are those that would criticize what we do....We of weak mind and strong legs heed the call from unknown sources to punish our bodies, deplete oxygen in our brains, and enjoy the outdoor experience the San Gabriels have to offer. Fun is First, but that doesn't mean we ain't competitive within our sub groups. We train for marathons at about 35-40 miles a week max. avg., and believe cross training and a balanced approach separate us from the other obsessive compulsive types, whom we don't understand, but like nevertheless.

WELCOME NEWCOMERS Your best bet for new workouts are the track on Tuesday, and/or our Thursday evening runs which usually return back the same way.
