TWHS is located in Worthington, Ohio and the Lady Cardinals are a member of the Ohio Central Conference. As part of the 2012-2013 OCC Division realignment, Thomas Worthington is in a league with Central Crossing, Dublin Coffman, Hilliard Davidson, Marysville, Olentangy and Upper Arlington.
The Lady Cardinals are strengthened each year by the talent from Kilbourne and Worthingway Middle Schools.
