- Refund requests during the open registration period will be accepted less a $50 processing fee prior to the Spring 2009 draft.
- Between Spring 2009 Draft - March 15, 2009, Only 50% of registration fee will be processed.
- After the March 15, 2009, No refunds will be processed.
