Welcome to the Tri Valley Royals Web Site.
Home of the 2004, 2003, 2002 & 2001 Tri Valley League Champions! The Royals had a great season in 2004 having a record of 18 wins and 3 losses. The boys beat all the Tri Valley teams at least once and have won the league championship for a fourth year in a row. Way to go Coach Knox and players!

Tri Valley Royals in the 2004 Tournament of Champions!
Tri Valley Royals play tonight at Camp Parks in the TOC. This is the second consecutive year the Royals have represented the Tri Valley league in the TOC. Competiton will be tough but the Royals always play their best in key games under pressure. Look for another good showing from our boys in blue.

Trv Valley Royals Win 2003 Tournament of Champions!,
The 2003 season was exceptional for the Tri Valley Royals as they beat the Fremont Tigers 6 -3 to win the TOC. It was a tough game but the Royals hitting and pitching carried them through to victory. The Royals represented Tri Valley in the TOC in 2001, and 2002 but this years team made it to the championship game. Coach Knox led his team to the TOC, and showed everyone that the Royals are the best Babe Ruth team in the district. Coach Knox continues to build a solid program and next years team should continue the Royal tradition of winning.
Opening Day 2004
The Royals opened the season by meeting the Fremont Tigers at Camp Parks. The Royals won the game by a score of 13 to 0. The pitching was excellent with Royals hurlers Spencer Porter and Justin Clark, dominating the Tiger hitters. It's early in the season, but it appears Coach Knox has the team ready for another great season. Great job Royals! Check the Albums tab for game photos.

Check out the new Royal home white uniforms, and away black jerseys. Our guys have the leagues best looking uniforms.
Good job Coach Knox in giving our team a professional look to compliment their outstanding play

Royal Alumni Party

Royals Party
Tri Valley Royals had a get together at the home of Ron & Lisa Freeman on Sunday, June 27th, to honor Coach Knox. Players representing all the Royals throughout the years were in attendance and a good time was had by one and all. It was great seeing everyone again, re-visiting old times, and catching up on the latest news about the boys. Some of the parents roasted Coach Knox, and if a bucket of tennis balls could have been found, many of the parents/former players would have paid to see the thirteen year olds have another shot at the coach. Come to think of it, this would be a great idea for a fund raiser! What say you coach? The party was a huge success and everyone is looking forward to the next reunion. Once again, Coach Knox wants to thank the Freemans for opening their home to the Royal family.

Stanford being knocked out of the NCAA College World Series is not all bad when you consider who is playing for the Long Beach State “dirt bags”. High School
Five former Royals (2000-2003) Mike Cassady, Jens Hagen, Justin Trejo, Tommy McCormack, and Derrick Freeman are now playing for Redwood Empire Giants and they helped their team win the Alan Owen Memorial Baseball Classic over Memorial Day. www.redwoodbaseball.org/
