Sign-Up on TriValley Web site
ALL COACHES should have thier Assigned Team Eteamz Account and E-Mail Account from the Town Coordinator. Therefore, stop and continue on the WEB page, unless you wish to read this information. NO COACH MAY ENTER "ADMIN" WITHOUT THIER ETEAMZ ASSIGNED ACCOUNT BY TriValley Baseball. * * * * * * * ALL OTHER FANS, PLAYERS AND PARENTS are required to read and then sign-up. First of all, there are two types of membership - 1. "eteamz membership" allows you to look at items listed for the Fans - 2. "TriValley members only" will need to sign-up by first clicking "Rules". Sign up for New Account (eteamz account), complete the information, hit continue to the next page finish information and confirm. At that point, it will go back to the sign-in area; whereby it enters your username and you enter your password or click "rules" again. Now you are completing the "Members Only Login" Information. In the comments state your team name, coach, player, fan or etc. Also, if you are a member of another site, please advise the WEB Master of such. Complete the "relation to site" information. Hit send request. The page changes to the WEB Reply - "Access Requested" statement. The TriValley Baseball WebMaster's Email Address is listed under the Board Members. The ETEAMZ Webmaster can not help you on the TriValley Web Site. If you have any additional questions, please email, trivalley_baseball@juno.com , the League Secretary. Roster Input Click "Admin" Key. Sign into Admin section with "Team" User Name and "Team" User password. You should be within the "Admin WEB Section". (Bottom Left is "View Admin Manual". Roster - use this folder to assign players and coaches to their individual teams. TIP: Although you can enter people individually for each team, it is easier to first build a pool of players & personnel within the Admin People folder. League sites will first need to click on a specific team under the appropriate division. Within the Roster Pool under Person Type, check off the items that describe the members you wish to add to the list. You may also type a member name in the Name text box. Click the Search Pool button when ready to search. This will search your site for members that have previously been entered and/or removed from certain sections (Board, Roster, etc). The members will be displayed in the left window. Click on a specific member you wish to add. The member will be highlighted in dark blue. Enter a number and position (if applicable) and choose type (Coach or Player). Click the Assign to Roster button at the bottom of the form to add the member. As each player or coach is added, you can click on the edit icon to the far right of their name and edit personal data for each person. NOTE: If you are entering a brand new player/coach, they will be invited to the site when you fill out the Add Coach/Add Player form. Invited members will receive an automated email with a temporary username/password. If they are a current eteamz member, they will receive their current account information. Use your good judgment when deciding on personal info to post, especially when it comes to the your players. The Site Display Name within the edit form is the name that will appear on the main site. Score and Stats Click Admin and Sign in Click Schedule Click Scores - This folder is where you enter the final score and recap for each contest as it is completed. If you have a League site you will need to click on a division for which you want to enter a score. Use the edit (Pencil) icon located to the right of a played game to access the scoring form. Check TriValley rules on WEB for "Record Keeping Standards". NOTE: Baseball has access to enter individual game statistics when entering scores. There will be a PLAYER STATS (Click to add/edit) link next to the team name. Click this link to access the stats form. To enter stats, you must have players entered within the Admin Roster section Pending or Rescheduling Games A. Reschedule Games - - "Admin" click Complete your Team user name and password. Click Schedules - Click Games - find your game in Middle - look to right on subject game. Find second pencil (cancel/reschedule) click - Enter Reason of first line - (DO NOT CLICK) Enter Change of Date and/or time. Click RESCHEDULE GAME. B. Pending game to be rescheduled "Admin" click complete your team user name and password. Click Schedules - Click games - find your game in middle - look to the right on subject game. Find first pencil (edit) click - add "Game Name" and statement. This game is pending to be played. Click "Update Game". |
