May 5th- Opening Day Celebration at Tichy Field 

Please join us in celebrating our 6th season of baseball in Tuxedo.  Ceremony begins at 9 with 1st game starting at 10:30 as Dave Lusk and Vic Posta's major team faces off against the Ramapo Padres. 

 

Raffle Ticket Reminder:

Tickets need to be turned in by Friday night.  Please get them to your coaches or bring them to Tichy Friday night as we will be setting up for Saturday.

How to select a bat:

How to select a baseball mitt

Step 2

Measure your child's index finger. Using a flexible measuring tape will provide more accuracy. Measure from the base of the index finger to the finger tip. Measure in inches.

Step 3

Add two inches to the measurement you have. This determines your child's glove size. Look for baseball gloves in your local sporting good store to match these measurements.

Step 4

Try the glove on. When your child has the glove on, measure to see if there are two inches of space between the tip of the index finger and the very end of the glove. This indicates a good fit. Your child should be able to wiggle their fingers and squeeze the glove shut.
