Wallingford Twilight League: Carl Tufts Award

Carl Tufts was a baseball institution and the Wallingford Twilight League was blessed to have him as a friend. Carl passed away before the beginning of the 2004 Season, the league has honored him with Scholarships in his name, naming the postseason tournament after him. Most importantly the league recognizes the one athlete in the league who best exemplifies the best of what Carl stood for passion for the game, respect for the game and love of the game.

The Carl Tufts Award
2004 Mark Kzywanos Total Renovations Mark has been a member of the league since 1990, few if any show the type of hustle and sportsmanship that Mark has over the years. Mark is a classic example of a Carl Tufts type player.

2006 Dave Levenduski Total Renovations Dave is the leadoff catalyst for Total Renovations, he is a consummate professional on the field. Dave gives 100% every game and Carl was a big fan of his play.
