The 6th annual WPIAL (Pennsylvania HS District 7) X-mas Alumni RUN!
When: December 24th, 9:40am
Where: Starts at Mount Lebanon HS Track
What: 10 mile run around suburban Mount Lebanon
Why: A chance to catch up with friends and foes of yester-year. See how out of shape everyone has gotten. And remember our friend Roch Furguiele (Carrick HS '97 and Slippery Rock '02.
As always, the run will be followed by a greasy breakfast at Gab-N-Eat in Carnegie....and then a trip to Nazcars bar in Carnegie for $1 Iron City's and a visit from Santa Claus.
Only requirments is that you ran at a WPIAL HS.
I've confirmed 12 people so far. I hope others will join. Drop me an e-mail if you plan to come.

| Coach, I understand your financial woes with the team. We are under some major financial restrictions as well. We have a track, however, can not afford to maintain it and over the years of use the lines and markings are barely visible and it needs a major resurfacing. Due to these restrictions we are only able to host one Freshman/sophmore envent during the year. Hey just to let you know we'll try our best to help you out |

Hi. My name is Frank Sowa. I am the new 2005 Head Track Coach at Mt. Alvernia HS. We compete in WPIAL IV Section A. We do not have our own track. We need to set up te 2005 compettion schedule, and are actively in need of meets. We'd also like to become a part of TSTFCA.
