The Tri-State Track & Field Coaches Association (TSTCA) was created to promote the sport of track & field by hosting track & field competitions for high school students in the Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and the Northern West Virginia Areas. We are the host of numerous indoor meets culminating with an Indoor Championship Meet in February, an Outdoor Championship Meet in April and a Cross-Country Championship and Junior Varsity Championship Meets in October.
