Tyrone Softball Association: League Rules
PARK RULESCurrently we play under ASA rules and the park rules override to govern our games. Since we play at different parks, the executive committee from each park has met to determine one set of rules for all the parks to play by. At this time all parks the TSA plays with have agreed to play by the approved rules. This page lists those rules for use by the umpires, coaches, parents, and players. If you have any questions regarding the rules you should check first with the team manager, then with a member of the TSA Board of Directors.
Please read all rules. Although some general rules are stated up front, more defined rules exist under each specific age group. Some responsibilities are park specific please check with your associations Board of Directors for clarification of rules relating to your park such as concession stand coverage and field preparation.
