The next Board Meeting for the Trophy Club-Roanoke Soccer Association is scheduled for Monday, November, 16, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Roanoke Recreation Center, 501 Roanoke Road, Room 201, Roanoke, TX.

The current agenda for this meeting is:

1. Call to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Review and approve minutes from previous meeting
3. Comments from the president
4. Vote on future program for development of skills and academy
5. Discussion of ref future payments.
6. Scholarship from German restaurant at Roanoke, TX
7. Plans for future fields: Justin and baseball field at Harmony
8. 2010 Spring calendar and registration
9. Budget proposal for 2010
10. Coaches clinics
11. Openings for Board position (fundraiser, public relations)
12. Vote on revision of Bylaws regarding A&D committee members
13. Adjourn meeting.

Any Board Members wishing to add agenda items to this meeting need to contact Ivy Shafer at ‘secretary@tcrsa.org’ to submit those topics by Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 9:00 pm. Board Members should RSVP attendance to ‘secretary@tcrsa.org’ by 9:00 pm Saturday, November 14, 2009. All other TCRSA General Members (parents, players, coaches, referees) are welcome to attend, and an RSVP would be appreciated to estimate the amount of seating we may need.
