General Registration Information
Registration in Trophy Club - Roanoke Soccer Association
is open to any youth player age 4 to age 19.
Registration for any Fall Season is open to children who are
4 years old as of July 31st of the current year.
Registration for any Spring Season is open to children who are
4 years old as of December 31st of the previous year.
The Sibling discount fees are $5 off registration for second child,
$10 for each additional child, third and subsequent.
Uniforms (shirt, shorts, and socks) are provided by TCRSA and included in the recreational fees.
Please contact TCRSA regarding fees for academy or non-rostered players.
Returning TCRSA players from one of the past two seasons may generally return to their team provided the team forms and space is available. Players skipping more than one season will be placed in the draw. Separate boys and girls teams and pure age bracket teams will be formed if enough players exist in the player pool. If enough players do not exist in the player pool, then boys and girls or different age groups may be combinded in order to form a sufficient number of teams.
Any player that is new to TCRSA must include
a copy of their birth certificate with the registration form or before the first practice.
The following local areas are either included in the TCRSA boundaries or are considered open territories. Residents of these areas may register with TCRSA without having to complete a player release form:
Trophy Club, Roanoke, Marshall Creek, Westlake, Newark, Rhome, North Ft. Worth, Haslet, Justin, Northlake, Argyle, and the areas off of Hwy 170 that attend Northwest ISD.
In general, residents residing within the Northwest ISD boundaries may register with TCRSA without a release form.
Players registering to play competitive soccer may also
register with TCRSA without a release form.
Players registering for TCRSA recreational soccer who live outside the TCRSA boundaries and within another association's boundaries must complete the
NTSSA Player Release Form. Complete the Player Information Section at the top of the form and Section 3, then mail it in with your TCRSA Registration Form.
TCRSA will request a release from your home association. To find out if you live within the TCRSA boundaries, or to inquire about playing in TCRSA, please contact

Additional Information
Requests regarding team assignment are only considered for U5 and U6. All other players are placed in a blind draw per TCRSA bylaws.
Special request are granted only at board discretion.
Refunds will be granted IAW TCRSA by-laws and only if requested prior to the 2nd week of the season.
Previous team assignements are checked prior to the team draw. Please do not request "return to team" if you do not have returning player privileges with the team.
Late registrations are placed on a wait list and will only be accepted based on team/division needs.
