Welcome to our web page. Troop 391, located in the East side of Lancaster, California, has been chartered with the Lutheran Church of the Master since 1958. The Troop does a wide variety of activities that are both fun and challenging for the scouts.
The goal of the adult leaders is to guide the boys toward their goal. We as leaders ensure that their Troop and Patrol leaders have not forgotten anything in their planning.
