The Old Goat Patrol is on the move!
Our entire patrol is made up of uniformed adult leaders of the troop.

While our patrol was formed two years ago, the concept of an adult patrol is not new.  Adult patrols can set a good example for the Scouts and their patrols.  Just the fact that we are in a patrol and working as a team, speaks a volume.  In addition, the camaraderie is great for them to see.

We have a patrol flag, yell and a patrol box.  Since all our patrol members have cars, we designed a patrol bumper sticker for the cars and we are even working on a patrol t-shirt with a 60's theme.

When it comes to training, our patrol has shown commitment and dedication, all in the name of Scouting.  Last year the adult leadership did more than 50 hours of training.  So far this year, several adults  have logged in over 3o hours of training and with more training scheduled in the next few months.

Patrol Leader                  Mr. Glen Potter, with 11 nights of camping to his credit.

Assistant Patrol Leader      Mr. Alex. Rivera, with 68 nights of camping and 54 miles hiked to his credit.

Patrol Quartermaster        Mr. Jeff. Taborell, with 185 nights of camping and 185 miles hiked to his credit.
