Training/Leadership – OPEN

o      Need to contact Council and review training records for all adult leaders


o      Review leader applications and see when new applications need to be completed.


o      Organize training plan to bring all leaders up to required training and plan for desired training.


    -       Scouts -


o      Work with Pam to see what leadership is needed for each scout to progress.


o      Work with Pam to see what training is needed by which scouts to help with rank advancement and future development.


    -       We will need monthly reporting on this topic.

Attendees:
Angela Pierce, Carol Shugart,  Randy McIntyre, Siobhan Marvin, Rosie Warren, Dennis DeFrank, Lisa Culbertson, Seema Siddiqui, (visitors: Alaine Kahlig, Sidd Siddiqui).

 

Old Business:

Dennis Motioned to accept the last committee meeting notes.  Lisa Seconded, all OK. Motion Passed.

 

New Business:

Webelos Day April 1st 2006 at YMCA on S. Cooper St Arlington.

Action Items:

  * Greg to give Dennis the Driver/Vehicle Book
  * Siobhan to call Aleta for St Barnabas information
  * Greg need to get the copy of logo to Angela
  * Greg to call Sheila of Creative Designing to introduce Angela
  * Carol to get the phone number for Creative Designing to Angela
