Welcome and Happy March! 

Court of Honor 

March 26, 2012 @ 7:30 PM - The Montessori Academy of Arlington - All Family and Friends are encouraged to attend to celebrate these scouts and their achievements. 

Comittee Meeting for March

Moving to March 19th due to Spring Break and the number of members out of town.  It will start at 7:30 PM Sharp, please do your best to attend.

Fundraising

New target date for Garage Sale.  Now planned for March 19, 2012 - At the Montessori School. We are working out the details with the school and will update with confirmation as soon as we have it.

NEW POLICY... 

Each campout there is a scout designated to get the groceries and we are having an issue getting the reciepts in.  Going forward, reciepts not to the Treasurer 30days after a campout will be considered a donation to the troop.

REMINDERS . . . . . . .

Troop 5 Committee meetings are the 2nd Monday of every... Email will be sent out if we change it...
The Troop committee is one area we do need parents involved as the Troop committee is the key to your scouts enjoyment of their scouting experience and this is were the planning, financies, and general paperwork occurs.  Without a stong commttee, there is no Scouting program and as a result we need parents to help out. 

Camping fees are due before the campout, and should be brought to the Troop meeting the week prior to a campout J.
