TrojanWrestlingClub: Welcome

 Practice this week at Botsford Elementary on Wednesday.  No MYWAY tournaments this weekend but we will be at the Lutheran League meet on Saturday at 9am at St Paul's.  Please let me know if your wrestler plans on attending.  Include wrestler's age and weight. 

Our end-of-the-season-fest will take place on March 29th at Country Lanes on 9 Mile Rd in Farmington at noon.  All members will be treated to 2 games, shoes, pizza and pop.   Adults and siblings also wanting to bowl will need to pay $3.00.   Please RSVP with number attending (including extra bowlers) by March 20th. 

We're still looking for nominations for Manager, Treasurer and Tournament Director for next season.    Voting for the positions will take place at the bowling party.

On a personal note, I want to express my thanks to everyone who's helped out through the years.  After 5 seasons of either managing or volunteering for the TWC, I've decided to hand over my manager's hat.  All four of my kids have become active in lots of things which leaves me very little time and/or energy from week to week.  I'm just not able to give the team the attention it needs anymore.  I have had such a good time watching our young boys turn in to hard working young men.  I've also developed some very important friendships over the years.

Fair warning, though... as long as Kevin wants to wrestle I'll be around to help out.  Can't get rid of me that easy!!
