2012 Volunteer Registration Form
Per Little League requirements - All volunteers must complete the attached form and hand it in prior to the beginning of every season. All Board Members, Managers, Coaches and Volunteers must meet this requirement or they cannot volunteer for the 2011 season. ID badges will be issued to all approved volunteers and must be worn at all times at the fields.
