Friday @ 6pm: End-of-season party @ Milton's
The Milton's are hosting a cookout for the Tri-County Junior Eagles this Friday, August 6 from 6:00-9:00, or until the kids get tired of being crushed at wiffle ball by the adults. Plenty of swimming and trampoline jumping will be available as well. The address is 25 West Berry Way, Queensbury. Take Upper Sherman approximately one mile past the dome, toward West Mountain, and look for West Berry Way on the left, just before the sand dunes. Turn left on to West Berry Way and we are the first house on the left. If you get lost, call Josh Milton at 480-3201 or 338-5114.
Past Champlain Edge Tournament Results:
EAGLES WIN 5-3, GAME 1 OF CHAMPLAIN TOURNAMENT!!
The Jr. Eagles won 5-3 in game 1 of the Champlain Edge Tournament, over the highly ranked Ottawa Nepean-Canadians 18U AAA team.
EAGLES LOSE A CLOSE ONE TO CHAMPLAIN IN GAME 2
Tri-County lost 7-6 to the Champlain Edge 17U AAA team, Saturday morning in game 2. Down 6-4, a 2 out double helped the Eagles tie the game 6-6. But Champlain would score in the bottom of the 7th to win it.
BURLINGTON, MA DEFEATS EAGLES IN GAME 3 OF TOURNAMENT
The Eagles lost 8-3 to Burlington, MA, Saturday afternoon. The Eagles will play Sunday in the Bronze 3rd Place game against the Montreal Titans.
TITANS DEFEAT EAGLES IN 3RD PLACE GAME
The Montreal Titans 17U AAA team won 7-6 over the Tri-County Jr. Eagles. The Titans scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to win.
