If a child lives outside a league's boundaries but attends a school within that league's boundaries, they are eligible to play in our league without requiring an out-of-boundary waiver. This primarily applies for kids in Collins Elementary, Hyde Middle School, Lawson Middle School and Cupertino High School, as well as St. Joseph's private school (Eaton and Sedgwick school boundaries already fit within Tri-Cities boundaries). If you know of kids at these schools who fit in this category and would like to play for Tri-Cities, please encourage them to do so!
