ATTENTION COACHES!

The ONTARIO SENIOR SELECT BASEBALL ASSOCIATION is proud to announce the dates for it's third annual tournament.

We have moved the tournament to the August Civic long weekend of August 4th to 7th (The 7th being a Monday, is to be used as a rain date) We have moved the date of our tournament to help accommodate various leagues' season schedules and play-offs scheduled later in the month.

The tournament will again be held in Barrie Ontario, using the beautiful Barrie Metals Stadium as a the focal point for the tournament. To help teams with Friday travel we are also looking to have some games played on the Friday night in Richmond Hill. As we do every year we will be looking for teams who are willing to play their first game on the Friday night. The games will either be in Barrie or Richmond Hill, depending on where you originate from.

Each team entered will be guaranteed 3 games in divisional play.

New feature(s) - Home Run Derby, with many more features to follow.

Cost for each team entry will be $400 per team; payment received secures spot, all others on waiting list - space is limited. This is a first come first play tournament, so please e-mail your intent to register ASAP. As this will determine the order of the teams on the waiting list. Once we have received a hard copy of your registration form and cheque, your team will be moved to the secured spot list.

Entry fee must be received no later then July 14th, 2006. Entry form to be e-mailed in and then teams are to mail in cheque and entry form to:
OSSBA Tournament Committee

Info for both the 2006 OSSBA Tournament and OSSBA itself can be found at their league website www.leaguelineup.com/ossba
