MISSION STATEMENTSpiritLogo

Tri-Cities Little League is a volunteer organization serving the youth of our community. We strive to provide a safe and healthy environment in which children can develop a passion for the sport of baseball or softball and:

Have fun learning and playing the game.
Feel like an important part of the team, regardless of performance.
Learn life lessons that have value beyond the playing field.
Learn the skills, tactics and strategies of the game and improve as a player.

We do not apologize for competitive success, and we are committed to creating a positive culture in which coaches, parents, fans, umpires and athletes work together to achieve our mission.
GAME ON!

Look for a comprehensive policy message to come from the Player Agent soon. Keep in mind, that the goal of All-Stars is to field the BEST TEAMS possible. The goal of All-Stars is to win (using our high standards of character and skills) games and move on to higher levels in the tournaments. If your child does not get selected for the team, it does not mean that your child is not a good or even great player. Various factors go into consideration, including but not limited to: skill/talent, character, availability, positions needing to be filled on the team, in-house spring season performance, spring evaluations and All-Star workouts/tryouts. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact Teresa Smith (Player Agent). Check back for additional forthcoming information.
