ARTICLE IV – BOARD OF DIRECTORS     There shall be one board member for each 25 player members or portion thereof, said number being calculated by the previous year’s rosters. In the event said number of seats is not able to be filled, the Board of Directors, shall be limited to such as accepted nominations.ARTICLE V – ELECTIONSSection 1 – The general membership shall nominate prospective board members in accordance with Article IV of the Constitution, at the August general meeting.Section 2 – Nominees must accept nominations either in writing, or through attendance and confirmation of acceptance at the August or September general meeting.Section 3 – The general membership shall elect the appropriate number of board members at the September general meeting.Section 4 – The newly elected Board of Directors shall be installed effective at the close of the September general meeting.
