LAS VEGAS HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SOCCER SCHEDULE 2013

FORMAL TEAM WORKOUT:

August 5-16 Monday thru Friday from 7:00-9:00am

 

TRYOUTS:

August 17 8:00-10:00am

August 19-23 7:00-9:00am AND 6:00-8:00pm

AT THE FIRST TRYOUT, YOU MUST RUN 6 FIGURE 8'S IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE TEAMS!

 

RECOMMENDED THROUGHOUT JULY workout with a partner or on your own. 

SUGGESTED SCHEDULE:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Run 3 miles per day on the road or track.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

Abdominals (crunches, v-ups, etc.)

Sprints (in the form of doggies)

Figures 8's (3 minute laps)

AT THE FIRST TRYOUT,  YOU MUST RUN 6 FIGURE 8'S IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE TEAMS!
