STANDING JUMP




Drill description:
   
   From a standing start, swing the arms and use a double legged jump to jump as far as you can. Do this from the edge of the long jump pit. Try to thrust your legs as powerfully as possible and really get a good arm swing. Once you take off, pull your legs forward underneath you so you can cover as much ground as possible. Do 5 reps.
