LEAD UPS




DRILL DESCRIPTION:
   From a standing start, take three big hops on the right foot only and mark your distance. Then take three big hops on your left foot and mark your distance. On each hop drive up with the leading leg so it is horizontal. Jump for distance, not height as well. Whichever leg allows you to hop the furthest is the leg you should be jumping off of. It is your most powerful leg. It is very important to find this out early so you can get your technique down.
