Drill description:
Find an object that is 2 feet high and set up a lane of obstacles. (A good idea is a broomstick or baseball bat balanced on 2 wooden blocks or cones.) Spread out the jumping obstacles so that there is plenty of room to jump and run awhile before the next jump. The emphasis is on achieving good form throughout the jump. This can be used as an introductory drill before attempting to use real, full size hurdles.
