INDIAN RUNS

Drill description:
In a group of at least 4 runners, jog around the track slowly in a single file line. To begin, the runner at the back of the line sprints to the front and assumes the leader position. When that runner reaches the front, the number 3 runner then sprints to the front. Next, runner 2 sprints to the front and finally runner one sprints to the front. To make this tougher, add more people to the running group. This is a good way to develop sprint endurance and adds some zest to simply running laps.
