ARM SPRINT PASSES

Drill description:
2 people stand facing the same direction in a straight line about 1 meter apart. Both runners stand in a slightly inclined position to imitate the sprinting posture. The back person has a baton and makes a verbal call to the person in front who then holds out their hand to receive the pass. After the person receives the baton, it should be shifted from the right to the left hand. Then the carrier pumps the arms, which should be bent at the elbows in a 90 degree angle, and imitates the arm action of a sprint without moving the legs. Do this 3-5 times and switch positions.
Note: this can be done using all four members of the relay team as well.
