If your membership to USA Track & Field (USATF) has expired or if you need assistance in completing the registration process, please see below for step-by-step instructions.

We strongly encourage you to complete the online registration form as you will receive your membership number immediately.


For Online Membership Application

  1. Please go to the USATF Online Membership Application.

  2. If you are renewing your membership please complete the 'Membership Renewal' section by entering your previous membership information and then click 'Next.

  3. If you are applying for a new membership please complete the 'New Membership' section by entering all of your personal information and then click 'Next'.

  4. Once you have completed the process and reach the confirmation page, please print two (2) copies. Please give one (1) copy to Coach Darryl and keep the other copy for your records.

For Printable Membership Application

  1. Please go to the USATF Printable Membership Application and print the form.

  2. When completing the form please use the following club information:

         Club Number: 129
         Club Name: Burlington Township Track

  3. Prior to mailing your application, please make two (2) copies.  Please give one (1) copy to Coach Darryl and keep the other copy for your records.

  4. Please mail your completed application and fee to:
