Please be reminded that the following items are due by this Thursday (February 16th):
1. Birth Certificate for the Toms River meet
2. The entry fee for the Toms River meet ($24/athlete)
3. The AAU membership confirmation sheet for the Harvard Meet. Hotel reservations must be made by Thursday as well.

Thursday, February 2
USATF-NJ Championship Meet
The meet on February 26th is the USATF-NJ Championship meet located in Toms River meet. The coaches will be working on a few areas of need during practice to prepare them for the upcoming events. The top 3 finishers in all events will receive a medal and the places 4th through 6th will receive ribbons. We are looking for a large team turn out for this meet. Please let Team Mom (Kelli Clark) know your plans for attending this meet by next week. A copy of your child's birth certificate and USATF-NJ membership is required for this meet.

For those interested in attending this meet on 3/4/12 Coach Darryl has reservations for 10 rooms now for the team with the discounted rate of $139.00 per night. The Hyatt is less than 5 mintues from the University and 15 mintues to the downtown area You will need to call and book your room by Feb. 10th to get the team discounts. Here are the following special considerations:*Discounted parking $21.00 per vehicle per night (Valued at $35.00)
*Discounted Full American Breakfast Buffet vouchers $12.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity (Valued at $17.95 plus tax/gratuity) If you need to make a change or require additional room please let him know.

Entry Rules: Must be an AAU member
On-line entry closes: 02/16/2012 11:59 PM ET
Entry Restrictions: Age Division 15-16 and 17-18 are being combined and labeled as High School Division
If you plan on attending this meet please provide the AAU membership confirmation sheet (Club Membership: XTDXF7- Burlington Township Track Club) to coach Darryl before February 15th.
