Just a clarification for everybody...Whenever you see the words "Stallings Stadium" or "Elm Street Park" or "Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park" we are talking about one and the same.  Stallings Stadium is the new stadium located behind home plate of the ballfield while Elm Street Park is the name of the entire park.

Check this website in the coming days for additional information on Elm Street Park's third TOSC.

Welcome to the official website of the Tournament of State Champions for 10-11 year olds. In October of 2009 Greenville, North Carolina was awarded the opportunity to host this unique tournament for 10-11 year old Little League State Championship teams from throughout the southeastern United States.  State Directors from the southeastern states along with Jen Colvin of our Southeast Little League headquarters gave their blessing to allow Greenville, North Carolina to host this event.

This Tournament of State Champions for 10-11 year olds is modeled after the Tournament of State Champions for 9-10 year olds held in West Virginia each year.  Beginning in 2005, the Tournament of State Champions for 9-10 year olds has been an incredible success story.  Playing games at the "Legendary" Mitch Stadium has been a thrill for all players, coaches, and spectators.  From 2005 through 2009 members of several Greenville families made the 8 hour trek to visit the Mitch and help with various aspects of the tournaments held there. A lot was learned and all of us dreamed of the possibility of holding a tournament of our own at our beautiful Elm Street Park.  That dream was finally realized on July 31, 2010 as the first pitch was thrown of the 2010 Tournament of State Champions for 10-11 year olds.
