"Safety is my number one priority. My philosophy is to make kids better on the field and off by using motivational techniques and encouragement. Being a student athlete requires extreme focus and discipline. A young athlete cannot focus only on himself as an athlete, but also off the field working on character, integrity, work-ethic, dedication, honesty and sportsmanship."
