Get an early jump on football season this year! Improve passing, blocking, and tackling techniques. This year the coaches will be doing a segment on strength and conditioning.

All ages welcome 7 – 14.

Football Camp at TOHS June 17-July 19 for Players 11 and up

Speed, Agility, and Strength Camp

Under the direction of Mike Leibin and his staff, these youth speed, agility, and strength camps are open to ages 11 and up. These camps are designed to prepare youth athletes for the rigors of sports competition. Athletes will learn proper training techniques to utilize as they continue their development as athletes.

There will be four 1-week sessions at Thousand Oaks High School on Mondays through Fridays. Athletes need to wear a shirt, athletic shorts, and athletic shoes to participate. Each session will be 1 1/2 hours from 10:30am to 12noon, consisting of speed and agility fundamentals, core development, running form, and strength development techniques.

Week 1 - June 17 to June 21

Week 2 - June 24 - June 28

Week 3 July 8 - July 12

Week 4 July 15 - July 19

Each week is independent – individual athletes do not need to attend every week to benefit from the camp.

 Registration Fees: At the time you register with the TITANS, we collect an annual membership fee of $350.00 for Football players and $150.00 for Cheerleaders. This membership fee also includes a mandatory fundraising fee of $50 per player or cheerleader. For families with more than one player or cheerleader, there is a $25.00 discount for each additional child. Online registration will also include a processing fee.

Your registration includes the following:

Football Players - Game and practice jersey, belt, team photos and trophy, all of which the players keep. The balance offsets the cost of insurance, referees, practice and game fields, game and practice pants, helmet, pads and all other essentials necessary for financial operation of the T. O. TITANS Athletic Association. All equipment is the property of the TITANS and must be returned immediately upon request.

Cheerleaders - Trophy and team photo. In addition, Cheer contributes to-ward the basic costs of insurance and field rental and mutual Titan ex-penses.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR FOOTBALL OR CHEERLEADING.
Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

PeeWee - 8-9 Years, 115 Lbs

Bantam - 10 Years = 130 Lbs, 11 Years = 75Lbs         
Midget - 11 Years = 145 Lbs, 12 Years = 95 Lbs

Junior - 12 Years = 160 Lbs, 13 Years = 105 Lbs

Senior - 13, 14 Years = 190 Lbs,
Over 190 allowed as X Men

In order for players to certified to play
this year, all football players
(returning or new) will be required to
submit their original or certified
birth certificate in order to play.

 PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS Each football player and cheerleader must have a physical exam by July 29, 2013 to allow them to participate in any practices. The physical examina-tion must be recorded and signed by a licensed medical doctor between January 1 and July 29, 2013. Check with the coaches as the team may make arrangements with a local physician to provide discounted physicals. We will have the physical clinic on July 29th for a nominal fee of $20.00.
