Soccer try-outs begin on Monday, August 13th (same schedule all week)
7:30-9:30am 9th-10th grade candidates (upper fields-new soccer complex south of Pagel)
9:30-11:30am 11th-12th grade candidates (stadium field)
3:00-5:00pm 11th-12th grade candidates (stadium field)
- Initial team placements/cuts will be made after Wednesday's try-out for 11th-12th graders
- 9th and 10th grade candidates will try-out the entire week
Kick-Off Picnic-Tuesday, August 21st. All levels and families
Our annual kick-off picnic will again be held at the Minnetonka High School Pier on Tuesday, August 21st. We are asking grade levels to bring the following items to share. Below is also a schedule for the evening. We are in need of people who can help with set-up, clean-up, grilling, and general help. Sign-up sheets also will be made available for volunteers throughout the soccer season at the picnic. We are in need of concession workers, game video personnel, organizing senior night, and banquet help. If you are willing to share your talent or time, please contact Coach Hopkins at soccerhop@yahoo.com

7:00-7:30pm Break-off into individual teams
Grade level items
♦ Freshman - bring a dessert
♦ Sophomores - bring a fruit Salad/Snacks
♦ Junior Varsity - bring Pasta/Green Salad
♦ Varsity - bring 2-3 packs of hot dogs/brats and buns.
After the picnic and a short introductory speech by head Coach Jeff Hopkins, as well as Director of High School Athletics John Hedstrom, and the 2007 Captains, each team will break away for a short meeting with the respective team coaches.

VARSITY/JUNIOR VARSITY FALL TRIP
-The varsity team (16 selected players) and junior varsity team (16 selected players) will be traveling up north for 2 games on Friday, August 24th and Saturday, August 25th. More information can be found under Coach Hopkins News in the menu to the left.
