Welcome to the TN District 5 Umpire Association web page, whose goal is to provide quality umpires and umpiring services to the local leagues, improve umpiring through education & training, promote fair play and good sportsmanship among people in baseball & softball and provide educational training for coaches to ensure a thorough understanding of the rules specific to Little League Baseball & Softball.

February Monthly Meeting Announcement
The TND5UA Monthly Meeting for February will be held on February 7th from 2:00 until 4:00 at Northeast State Community College. Final arrangements to the Southeastern Region Umpire Clinic will be made, so if you are interested in going, it is important that you attend the meeting. Training will cover Rule 5.00 and pitching rules for Baseball and Softball. Merchandise orders have arrived, so please plan to pick up and have payment ready. Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Jim Goodwin World Series Bound!!!
We have received word that Jim Goodwin has received a World Series assignment. Jim will travel to Kalamazoo, Michigan to represent TN District 5 in the Big League Softball World Series. Congratulations Jim on this outstanding achievement!
