BOYS’ WRESTLING CAMP 2013

Dates/Times: June 17, 18, 19, 20 (M – TH)  1:15 pm – 3:15 pm

Location: Reavis Wrestling Gym

Cost: $40

Who: Age 5 - 18

What to bring: Shorts, shirt, socks & wrestling shoes

Attention All Wrestling Parents!

If you have not given your shirt size for volunteering at the 2013 Valentines Day Clash Tournament hosted by the Titans please contact Tim Nowaczyk, VP ( timnowaczyk@ymail.com) at once to ensure your size is ordered.

Orders will be placed on Friday, January 25th so do not delay!

Our Tournament will be on Sunday, February 10th @ Reavis High School.

Weigh-ins – 6:30am-8:00am. Tournament starts at 9:00am.

All parents must participate during the tournament. You will be able to leave to watch your child wrestle should that situation arise.

Parent Participation for the Titan’s wrestling meet is as follows:

 - Setup on Saturday, February 9th at  5:30pm. Please meet by the main gym. We need to move mats, tables & chairs into place. We will also be setting up the cafeteria. This should take less than 2 hours.

-Set up on Sunday, February 10th at 6:00am. We need to ready the cafeteria, ready materials for the matches, post sponsor signs, etc. Most of the day will be working in the cafeteria and its related activities. Breakdown will consist of moving mats, tables & chairs back to where they belong.

Sign up times are as follows: Saturday - 5:30 pm for setup. Sunday 6am(setup), 8am-10am-noon, noon-4pm, or 4pm(Breakdown).

All help is needed, if you have high school children interested in hours they can volunteer too!

Any family that did not sign up by the parent meeting will be assigned a position/task.

Wrestling's Mandatory Fundraiser this year will be Restaurant Cards! The Titans wrestling program and all other Titan programs use fundraising as a way to offset the cost of registration increases to parents. With the cooperation of the parents selling our fundraising cards we will be able to continue to provide the excellent services and equipment that we have without increasing your fees to participate.

Below you will find information about the fundrasier for 2012 -2013 Wrestling:

o Price Per Card: $10
o Fundraising Handouts:
Wed, Dec 19th and Fri, Dec 21st
o Fundraising Post Dated Check:
$80 dated for 1/11/13 (Parents can either return the cash for their check or let our treasurer know to cash the check and you will keep the money collected).
o Fundrasing Quantity Per Wrestler: 8 cards per wrestler, no reduction for multiple kids
o Fundraising Buyout: $60 per child
o Fundraising Due Date: January 9th, 2013 *If cash is not returned for the cards by this date the post dated check will be cashed.

The Titans 2012-2013 Wrestling Calendar is now updated!

Check back periodically for any changes. Calendars were also distributed at practice last week and will be available this week.
