If you are paying with a Money Order or Cash the cost will be determined on the equipment taken.

 

Cheerleading:

·       Super Peewee to Junior level $100 deposit

·       Tiny Titans $50 deposit

 

Football:

·       Super Peewee to Junior level (Helmet $95, Shoulder Pads $75, Rib Pads $25, Belt $5, Game Pants $20, Practice Pants $20)

·       Flag (Game Pants $15)

 

1/2 OF ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ORDER FOR YOU CHILD TO RECEIVE GAME JERSEY OR CHEER UNIFORM.

 

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE FIRST SCHEDULED GAME IN ORDER FOR YOU CHILD TO PARTICIPATE.

2017 Banquet

This year’s banquet will be held on January 21, 2017 at Niko's 7600 S. Harlem Ave. Bridgeview, IL from 12:00-4:00 p.m. Ticket costs are $25.00 for adults & $15.00 for children. Players, Coaches and Team Parents will receive a complimentary banquet ticket providing all fees are paid.

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

Burbank Titan's Cheerleading Uniform & Football Equipment Returns



FINAL Equipment return and Banquet Ticket sales will be January 11, 2017, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at NewCastle Park Dist. 8050 NewCastle. If Football and Cheer equipment is not returned you will not be able to purchase banquet tickets. Also, your child will not receive a participation trophy & your Credit Card will be charged for equipment. 

Football Equipment-Helmet w/ ear pads, Shoulder Pads, Rib Pads, 1 Pair of Practice Pants, 1 Pair of game Pants. For Flag football-Game Pants.
Cheerleading Uniforms- Shell & Skirt.

Please remember- All Titan's property must be returned clean. If not, a cleaning fee will be assessed at the time of return. Also, all fees must be paid prior to your child receiving their complimentary banquet ticket & to be eligible to receive their participation trophy at the banquet.

When Practices Are Canceled Due To Inclement Weather

You will be notified by your child's headcoach should practice be canceled due to weather conditions and/or any other reason. If you are not notified then consider practice is still scheduled.

If bad weather, such as lightning, occurs- please return to the field for your child(ren). We do not have any facilties for protection from a lightning storm.

Practices will be stopped if the lightning detection system activates. No practices may resume until the the system gives an all clear signal.
