They have also installed a light under the bleachers. They are also in the process of getting bids for installing lights for the practice field.

You will be notified by your child's headcoach should practice be canceled due to weather conditions and/or any other reason. If you are not notified then consider practice is still scheduled.

If bad weather, such as lightning, occurs- please return to the field for your child(ren). We do not have any facilties for protection from a lightning storm.

Practices will be stopped if the lightning detection system activates. No practices may resume until the the system gives an all clear signal.

Please take the following steps to ensure your child(ren) are ready for practices & games when it is hot outside.

1. Make sure you child(ren) are in an air-conditioned envrionment for 2 hours before arriving to practice/game. This will give their bodies enough time to cool down from any activities that they had been participating in earlier that day.
2. Make sure they drink plenty of water starting 2 hours prior to practice. This will prevent them from dehydrating during practices/games.
3. Make sure they bring fluids with them to practice. Water, gatorade or propel are acceptable.

Inform your child(ren) if they start feeling sick at practice or a game that they tell their coach immediately. 

Practices will be without football gear if a heat advisory is issued by the National Weather Service.

Practices will be canceled if a heat warning is issued by the National Weather Service.

REMEMBER - You must attend at least three parent meetings throughout the season in order to vote for board members at the end of the season. Parent meetings are held in March, April, July, August (Mandatory Parent Meeting), September, October, and November. There will be parent meetings for wrestling held in December, January & February. Check the CALENDAR for dates and times.

To our new Titan members, if you have not received an email from the us, please contact the webmaster to make sure that we have the correct email address.

There has been, recently, several incidents of vandalism & damage that has been incurred on

either Titan's property or Burbank Park District property that the Titan’s organization

utilizes. The latest vandalism occurred, on October 15th, 2010, to the announcer's booth & the

garage. Grafitti was found on Saturday morning. The grafitti happened sometime after Friday's

practices ended.

In an effort to prevent this - the Titan's Association is offering a $100.00 reward to anyone

responsible for leading: to the arrest & conviction for the malicious destruction of Titan’s

property and/or to Burbank Park District property that the Titan’s organization utilizes.
