Driving Safety
We ask all Tiger players to read the driving safety tips from the National Safety Council. The POST 22 Tigers Baseball Club requires all players/drivers to drive safely and obey all speed limits.
Lightning Safety Outdoors
Each year, about 400 people in the U.S. are struck by lightning while outdoors. If you can hear thunder, lightning is close, head to safety. Go to an enclosed building or a hard-topped car.
Heat Exhaustion
It is very importnat to drink lots of liquids before, during and after exercise in hot weather or your cooling system can fail.
WebBall Safety
WebBall address several baseball safety issues, such as, concussions management, shoulder rehab, conditioning, arm-wrist injuries, NCAA College Ball injury stats, rotator cuff info, sliding injuries and more.
