Novice
For children able to swim one length of the pool. Swimmers will be introduced to all four competitive swimming strokes along with starts, turns and other basic swimming skills. This is the perfect program for young swimmers interested in being part of a great sport on a great team.
Intermediate
For swimmers with some competitive swimming experience. Practices are mainly skills building and efficiency training. Children will begin to perfect their competitive swimming skills including stroke technique, starts, turns, break outs and finishes.
Juniors
For swimmers ready to advance their athletic training. They will average 3500 yards a mid season practice. A 1/4 of each practice will be reserved for learning and reviewing stroke mechanics. Proper demonstration of stroke and competitive swimming skills are mandatory during workouts. Juniors begin interval training. This will include some dryland training.
Junior Elite
Available for swimmers who are developmentally ready for a six day a week training program. Recommended for swimmers ages 11 and older that have completed all of the Junior Objectives, or, swimmers ages 10 and under that have completed the Junior Objectives and have obtained AAA cuts. Efficient stroke technique is incorporated into each workout. They will average 5000-6000 yards a mid season practice. This will include a swimming based dryland strength-building program.
Junior Elite Advanced
Recommended for High School aged swimmers wanting to be challenged to reach their highest potential. Also available to Junior High Aged swimmers that have obtained AA cuts. Efficient stroke technique is incorporated into each workout. They will average 7000 yards a mid season practice. This will include a swimming based dryland strength-building program. Morning practices and weight lifting sessions are available and highly recommended for swimmers 13 years of age or older.
Elite
Recommended for high school aged swimmers who are dedicated and ready for an intense training program. They will average 7000-8000 yards a mid season practice. Efficient stroke technique is incorporated into each workout. This will include a swimming based dryland strength-building program. Morning practices and weight lifting sessions are available and highly recommended.
