Pre-season (generally in the Fall), District Staff and the current standing League Presidents meet to review rules for interleaguing in District 9 that impact all games, all divisions - whether games are played within a league or interleaguing, and including any District 9 Special Games. Attached are the most current rules as well as a document describing "interleaguing," "combined teams," and "special games."
