Philosophy and Coaching
The Thunderhawks Philosophy is to:
> emphasize the development of players with proper fundamentals,
> provide adequate playing time,
> foster excellent teamwork and good sportsmanship,
> inspire the girls to play softball for years to come.
Coaching Approach:
The coaching staff strives to ensure the girls develop a love for the game and are treated respectfully at all times.
This positive atmosphere is an expectation of the coaches, players, and families to ensure a great experience for everyone.
