Congratulations to the Thunder for going 3-1 in the 2008  7th Grade Boys Kansas State Championship Tournament. They did not lose until the Championship game finishing in 2nd place!

#23 on the Thunder, Logan, is the 2008  7th Grade Boys Kansas State Champion Free Throw Shooter and #40 for the Thunder, Nathan, is the Free Throw Shooter runner up.  Congratulations Logan and Nathan!

Kansas Basketball Boys 13U-Grade 7 [5on5] Div2 Coaches Poll has Thunder ranked #1.

Second Year Highlights
The Thunder completed another successful campaign in their continuing quest to be the best. Some highlights include for the second straight year being ranked #1 in the Coaches Poll, being ranked #2 in the Nation, and for the second year in a row taking 3rd place in the Kansas State Championships.
The Thunder are going to be taking the spring & summer off and will start playing again in the Fall of 2007.

Thunder Storm Into State Championships Finishing in 3rd Place!
For the second consecutive year the Thunder stormed into the Kansas State Championships and finished in 3rd place!

First Year Highlights
The Thunder had a highly successful first year. Some highlights include winning their first game ever played, winning their first playoff game, being ranked #1 in the Nation, having the Three Point Shootout Kansas State Champion, and taking 3rd place in the Kansas State Tournament.
The Thunder are going to be taking the summer off and will starting playing again in the Fall of 2006.

Congratulations to the Thunder for taking 3rd place 5th Grade Boys Div. II in the 2006 Kansas State Tournament!

3 Point Shootout Champion
#11 on the Thunder, Quinn, is the 2006 Kansas State Champion in the Three Point Shootout, 5th Grade Boys. During the Skills Competition on 3/4/06 Quinn knocked down 80% of his 3 point shots. Congratulations Quinn!

First Playoff Game = Victory!
The Thunder finished their first league season the way they started it- with a victory. Playing in their first ever playoff game the Thunder beat the Runnin' Rebels 41-38 to finish 4th place in the P.A.B.L 5th Grade National Division.

Thunder Win Their First Game Ever Played
Overcoming an early 0-2 deficit the Thunder stormed back scoring six unanswered points and never relinquished the lead winning their first game ever played 33-25. Their secret to success was a total team effort consisting of balanced scoring and a stingy defense.
