Home of the Region 1 Premier League Strikers: Staff

Strikers Training
The Strikers are coached and trained by Eric Hlava, Greg Weber and Omar Alvarado.

Eric Hlava is a USSF Licensed Coach, currently holding his National D-License. Eric has been coaching for eleven years both on the traveling and recreation level. As a player, Eric was a member of the U19 NJ State Team, U19 US Eastern Regional Team, team member of two NJ Youth Soccer State Cup Champions and played for the NCAA Division III Semi-Finalist Glassboro State College.

In addition to the Strikers coaching, the team utilizes the services of a US Premier Training. Currently, the team is trained by Rich Pekmezian. Rich is a USSF Licensed Coach, current Middletown HS North Boy's Varsity Soccer Coach and former Division I Player from Rutgers University.
